Returns and Refunds

Return requests are reviewed before approval. This keeps the process clear for the customer and protects the condition standards expected from a premium clothing brand.

Return Window

Eligible pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to review and the condition guidance below.

Eligibility

Items should be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging, swing tags, and any included accessories where applicable.

How to Start a Return

  • Open the return request form.
  • Enter your order number, email, item, reason, and details.
  • Wait for client care to review the request before sending anything back.
  • Approved return instructions will be sent by email after your return request is reviewed.

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after an approved return has been received, inspected, and accepted. Funds are returned to the original payment method where possible.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are available only if stock is available. If an exchange cannot be arranged, client care may guide you through a return and new order.

Return Delivery Costs

Customers pay return postage unless the item is faulty. If an item is faulty, NOIRIX will pay or support the return postage route confirmed by client care.

Items That May Not Be Returnable

Items may be refused if they are worn, washed, damaged after delivery, missing original packaging, outside the return window, or excluded by the final product policy shown at purchase.
