NOIRIX / Client Terms
These terms set out the customer-facing rules for using the NOIRIX website, placing orders, managing accounts, and contacting client care.
Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with checkout, accounts, product data, forms, or security controls.
NOIRIX aims to present product names, prices, images, sizes, descriptions, and availability clearly. Minor colour differences can occur because screens display colour differently.
Prices are shown in GBP. Delivery costs are shown before payment. VAT status and any tax display requirements must be confirmed before launch.
An order should only be treated as paid after Stripe confirms payment and the backend creates the order record. NOIRIX may review or cancel orders affected by stock, fraud checks, payment issues, or obvious errors.
Payments are handled securely through Stripe. NOIRIX does not collect raw card details through its own forms.

Returns are requested through the NOIRIX return flow and reviewed before approval. See the Returns page for customer guidance.
Customers are responsible for keeping sign-in details private and for contacting client care if they believe an account has been accessed without permission.
NOIRIX names, visuals, product content, page designs, and brand assets belong to NOIRIX or its licensors and should not be copied without permission.
NOIRIX is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the website, inaccurate information supplied by the customer, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be limited by law.
